ABOUT SHIBLEY'S AT THE PIER

Shibley's at the Pier has been chef owned and operated by the Shibley family since 1993. The building itself was constructed around the turn of the century and has served many different purposes over the years. Today, Shibley's at the Pier is a one of a kind stop with easy access and a wonderful atmosphere.

We serve both lunch and dinner menus that offer a wide variety of American Cuisine. The Pier also sports a full service bar that is complimented by the original marble bar, a quenching drink menu and impeccable service. Whether it's on the weekend or at 11:01 am on a Tuesday, the staff at Shibley's at the Pier will be happy to serve you.

In addition to our contemporary dining room, Shibley's At The Pier has a deck that sits on Lake Winnipesaukee and can accommodate up to 70 people. Our full service lounge still sports the original General Motors reach-in refrigerator and an all marble soda fountain, that dates back to the 1920's, now our bar.
